Frequently asked questions

How many tiles can one system manage?

A single primary control unit supports up to 10 modular tiles, and power can be shared across linked primary tiles for larger layouts.

How long does the hardware last?

The suite is engineered for around 15 years of operation; the force-sensing resistors are rated for 1–10 million presses.

Will the tiles be a trip hazard?

No — they're low-profile, sit level with the floor, and have a textured, slip-resistant surface.

How do you clean them?

Electronics are inside sealed, IP-rated water-resistant enclosures, so tiles handle routine wet cleaning and disinfectant.

What if the Wi-Fi drops out?

The pillow can fall back to low-power Bluetooth (BLE) via a local wall gateway that relays data to the dashboard.

Can the pillow be washed?

Yes. The electronics live in a removable, self-contained pouch, so the outer cover launders normally.

Getting started

  1. Get in touch and tell us about your facility.
  2. We set up a single-room pilot to tune the system to the resident.
  3. Expand room-by-room as confidence and budget allow.
